Cultivating Vision

You know all those stories of people be raised by wolves? Is that based on anything that actually happened? I could see it if the jungle wasn't going through a recession and food was bountiful. It's hard to believe but it is an interesting idea. I mean if they can talk like in Princess Mononoke then I guess it would work.
